Colorado Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing product offerings while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
• Translate state and federal requirements into compliant benefit designs and provide strategic product positioning guidance
• Manage cross-functional implementation efforts and vendor relationships for ancillary products

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five years of experience in health care, product development, or a related field
• Experience in strategy development and execution
• Strong understanding of health care compliance and product performance
• Ability to analyze data for market conditions and product evaluation
