Colorado Product Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will manage product development, implementation, and strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain plan designs, leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
• Translate regulatory requirements into compliant benefit designs and provide strategic guidance on product positioning
• Manage vendor relationships and support operational readiness and training for cross-functional implementation efforts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five years of experience in health care, product development, or related fields
• Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or program management
• Strong knowledge of health care compliance and product performance
• Ability to conduct market analysis and develop data-driven insights
