Job Summary

To manage the Colorado commercial product portfolio, the full-time remote Colorado Product Management Consultant will oversee the development, implementation, and enhancement of product offerings, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and market needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product designs while leading portfolio enhancements and conducting market analyses
• Translate regulatory requirements into compliant benefit designs and provide strategic guidance on product positioning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product implementation and manage vendor relationships

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum five years of experience in health care, product development, or related fields
• Experience in strategy development and execution, finance, or program management
• Advanced understanding of product policy and benefit administration
• Proven ability to conduct market analysis and develop data-driven insights
