Colorado RN Case Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Colorado RN Case Manager will assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care for patients, focusing on reviewing medical clearances and ensuring timely completion of requests before surgery in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with specialists to refer patients for further labs, exams, and clearances as necessary
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate efficient workflows for inpatient and procedural care
• Ensure thorough documentation of patient medical histories and communications throughout the clearance process

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a medical clearance professional or case manager, preferably in a remote environment
• Active state RN license and nursing diploma
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Office applications with strong technical skills
• Preferred completion of an accredited Certified Professional Utilization Review (CPUR) program or Certified Case Manager (CCM)
• Preferred bachelor's degree with a business concentration or an MBA
