Job Summary
To support the growth of social commerce, the full-time remote Commerce Integrations Lead will manage technical integrations across various eCommerce platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and streamline onboarding processes.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate merchant websites and commerce stacks to assess technical feasibility for integrations
- Build, test, and improve integrations across major eCommerce platforms while collaborating with customer engineers
- Develop documentation and processes to support future customer integrations and improve operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- At least three years of hands-on development or technical integration experience
- Production experience with at least two major eCommerce platforms
- Professional fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese
- Ability to work independently within a distributed, international team
- Experience working directly with customers or external technical teams
