Job Summary
To drive commercial performance through data analysis, the full-time remote Commercial Analytics Associate Director will manage the development of key metrics and KPIs, lead data analytics initiatives, and support marketing strategies by providing actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement key metrics and KPIs to measure performance across sales, marketing, service, and support functions
- Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of commercial data to provide insights into sales performance and marketing effectiveness
- Manage analytics platforms to build and optimize dashboards and reports tailored to business stakeholders' needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in business analytics, commercial operations, or business intelligence within a life sciences or related industry
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and SAP
- Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Tableau and Salesforce CRM Analytics
- Strong understanding of commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and forecasting processes
