Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will manage performance-to-plan collaboration, opportunity analysis, and market-specific training while working remotely, primarily focused on translating complex data into actionable insights for the Sales organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for Business Intelligence support, collaborating with sales leadership on performance and results
- Deliver actionable insights and lead opportunity analysis to identify growth opportunities within the division
- Develop market-specific tools and training to enhance field teams' data utilization in selling situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts, with experience in DAX-based analyses
- Ability to interpret Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data for actionable insights
- Strong business acumen with experience presenting insights to senior leadership
