Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Dedicated to driving performance insights, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will serve as embedded Business Intelligence support for a divisional book of business, collaborating with sales leadership to analyze opportunities and develop market-specific training tools while working remotely from the Central US.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary Business Intelligence contact for the division, maintaining daily communication with sales leaders on performance and results
- Deliver actionable insights and lead opportunity analysis to identify market-level implications and drive performance-to-plan conversations
- Provide market-specific training and develop tools to enable field teams to effectively use data in selling situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts, capable of guiding report development
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
