Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing division, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver execution-focused insights and thought leadership, serving as embedded Business Intelligence support while working remotely, primarily in the Central US.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, collaborating with sales leadership on performance and results
- Lead opportunity analysis, identifying market-specific implications and providing actionable insights to drive sales performance
- Develop market-specific training tools and deliver real-time support to empower field teams in utilizing data effectively
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with a focus on the alcohol beverage industry
- Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling concepts, including DAX-based analyses
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
