Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as embedded Business Intelligence support for a designated division, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver insights and recommendations based on complex data to drive sales performance, collaborating closely with various sales leaders in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Business Intelligence support, maintaining daily communication with sales leadership on performance and results
- Lead opportunity analysis to identify market-level implications and drive performance-to-plan conversations
- Develop market-specific training tools and provide real-time analytics support to enhance field teams' data usage in selling situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts, with the ability to guide report development
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
