Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Dedicated to delivering execution-focused insights, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will provide embedded Business Intelligence support for a divisional book of business, collaborating closely with sales leadership to drive performance and identify growth opportunities in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, maintaining daily communication with sales leadership
- Deliver insights and thought leadership to proactively surface sales results, risks, and opportunities to drive performance-to-plan conversations
- Lead opportunity analysis and provide market-specific training and tools to enhance field team effectiveness in selling situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
