Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will manage performance analysis, deliver actionable insights, and collaborate closely with sales leadership in a remote role focused on driving growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for Business Intelligence support, maintaining communication with sales leadership and providing insights on performance-to-plan
- Lead opportunity analysis and market-specific training, developing tools to enhance field team effectiveness in using data
- Translate complex data sets into clear presentations for senior leadership, advocating for a data-driven culture within the division
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts, with the ability to guide report development
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for various stakeholders
