Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Dedicated to driving performance insights, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will provide embedded Business Intelligence support for a divisional book of business, collaborating closely with sales leadership and translating complex data into actionable recommendations, all while working remotely in the Central US.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, maintaining communication with sales leadership on performance and results
- Deliver insights and thought leadership to proactively surface sales opportunities and inform action plans
- Lead opportunity analysis and market-specific training, providing real-time support to field teams for effective data utilization
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
- Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
