Job Summary
As a full-time remote opportunity, the Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver execution-focused insights and thought leadership while serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, collaborating closely with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities and enhance performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, maintaining communication with sales leadership on performance and results
- Lead opportunity analysis and deliver actionable insights to drive performance-to-plan conversations
- Develop market-specific training tools and provide ad-hoc analytics support tailored to individual markets
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience
- Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
