Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will manage performance-to-plan collaboration, opportunity analysis, and market-specific training while working remotely from the Central US.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for Business Intelligence, collaborating closely with sales leadership on performance insights and opportunities
- Lead opportunity analysis and communicate market-level implications to drive sales performance
- Develop market-specific training tools and deliver real-time support to enhance data usage in sales situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights; alcohol beverage experience is essential
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts, with experience in DAX-based analyses
- Ability to interpret Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data effectively
- Strong business acumen with experience presenting insights to senior leadership
