Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as embedded Business Intelligence support, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver execution-focused insights and thought leadership, collaborating closely with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities and drive performance-to-plan conversations in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for Business Intelligence support, maintaining daily communication with sales leaders on performance and results
- Lead opportunity analysis and market-specific training, developing tools to enhance field team data utilization
- Translate complex data sets into clear presentations for senior leadership and promote a data-driven culture within the division
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
