Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will manage performance-to-plan collaboration, deliver actionable insights, and partner with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Business Intelligence support, maintaining close collaboration with sales leadership
- Deliver execution-focused insights and lead opportunity analysis to drive performance-to-plan conversations
- Translate complex data sets into clear presentations for senior leadership while advancing a data-driven culture within the division
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
