Commercial Analytics Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing division, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will serve as embedded Business Intelligence support, delivering insights and driving performance-to-plan discussions while collaborating remotely with sales leadership across the Central US.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for Business Intelligence support, collaborating closely with sales leadership on performance and results
• Deliver actionable insights and lead opportunity analysis to identify growth opportunities and market-level implications
• Provide training and develop tools for field teams to effectively utilize data in sales situations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, preferably in the alcohol beverage industry
• Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling concepts
• Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
