Commercial Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Serving as dedicated Business Intelligence support, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will deliver execution-focused insights and lead opportunity analysis while collaborating remotely with sales leadership and field teams across the Central US.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for Business Intelligence support, maintaining communication with sales leadership on performance and results
• Deliver actionable insights and lead opportunity analysis to drive performance-to-plan conversations and inform strategic actions
• Translate complex data into clear presentations for senior leadership and advance a data-driven culture within the division

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
• Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts, with experience interpreting DAX-based analyses
• Ability to derive insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
• Strong business acumen and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
