Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing division, the full-time salaried Commercial Analytics Manager will provide embedded Business Intelligence support, delivering actionable insights and collaborating with sales leadership to drive performance and identify growth opportunities, while working remotely in the Central US region.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, maintaining communication with sales leadership on performance and results
- Lead opportunity analysis and deliver insights on sales performance, market-specific training, and tool development for field teams
- Translate complex data sets into clear presentations for senior leadership, fostering a data-driven culture within the division
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
