Job Summary
Delivering execution-focused insights and thought leadership, the full-time Commercial Analytics Manager will provide dedicated Business Intelligence support for an assigned division, translating complex data into actionable recommendations while collaborating closely with sales leadership in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Business Intelligence support for the assigned division, maintaining daily communication with sales leaders
- Lead opportunity analysis, identifying market-specific implications and driving performance-to-plan conversations
- Develop tools and provide training for field teams to effectively utilize data in selling situations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, or category insights, with alcohol beverage experience
- Proficient in Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Experience interpreting Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Strong business acumen with the ability to present insights to senior leadership
