Commercial Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Owning the forecasting models and data narrative, the full-time remote Commercial Analytics Manager will manage revenue performance predictions, pipeline visibility, and strategic insights to support finance and commercial leadership in decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine forecasting models to proactively address revenue performance across global locations
• Establish visibility into pipeline health and sales velocity, providing actionable insights for commercial leadership
• Collaborate with Finance to align commercial forecasts with company budgets and planning cycles

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in building and maintaining forecasting models that guide revenue decisions
• Comfort with operational and financial metrics, including pipeline, conversion, and unit economics
• Ability to transform messy data into reliable analysis independently
• Strong skills in translating complex analysis into clear memos and presentations for non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, Salesforce, Looker, and Snowflake, with experience in multi-unit or recurring-revenue businesses preferred
