Commercial Attorney (Cybersecurity)
Job Summary
To support a growing cybersecurity technology company, the full-time Commercial Attorney (Cybersecurity) will independently draft, review, and negotiate complex enterprise commercial agreements while navigating cybersecurity and privacy-related contractual risks in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of complex enterprise commercial agreements, including MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and security exhibits
- Partner with sales and business stakeholders to address cybersecurity, privacy, and information security-related contractual risks
- Refine existing contracting playbooks and processes to enhance efficiency in legal support
Required qualifications
- Strong background in commercial technology transactions
- Prior industry experience in cybersecurity, incident response, or a closely related technology sector
- Proven ability to independently manage complex negotiations and heavy contract volumes
- Experience working with demanding sales teams
- Background in AI-focused companies or startups is a plus
