Job Summary
Working fully remotely, the Commercial Auto Liability Claims Adjuster will manage 1st and 3rd party property damage claims, applying claims management experience to analyze exposure and resolve claims while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims exposure and determine the appropriate course of action for resolution
- Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA preferred
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
