Job Summary

Managing Commercial Auto Claims, the full-time Senior Auto Claims Examiner will analyze claims, evaluate coverage issues, and ensure timely resolution while adhering to compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Promptly analyze first reports and contact insureds/claimants within required hours
• Create and execute action plans for accurate investigation and loss analysis
• Evaluate claim facts and negotiate settlements with professionalism and clarity

Required qualifications:

• 2-4 years of Commercial Auto Claims Adjusting experience required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Must obtain and maintain an applicable resident or designated home state adjuster's license
• Full knowledge of commercial insurance contracts and insurance regulations
• Ability to work effectively both in-person and remotely
