Job Summary

Managing first-party Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Medical Payments claims, the full-time temporary Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims from a fully remote setting while ensuring compliance with policy provisions and state-specific regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and verify coverage, eligibility, and benefits for PIP and Medical Payments claims
• Review medical bills and documentation for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and guidelines
• Communicate professionally with insureds, medical providers, and internal teams regarding claim status and determinations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of auto claims experience, particularly in PIP and/or Medical Payments handling
• Working knowledge of no-fault/PIP and MedPay coverage, medical terminology, and billing practices
• Ability to interpret insurance policy language and evaluate medical documentation effectively
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant claims experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
