Job Summary
Seeking a Commercial Banker - Florida, the full-time position will focus on exceeding deposit, fee income, and commercial lending goals by providing exceptional customer service, developing new business opportunities, and managing a commercial loan portfolio in the St. Petersburg/Tampa market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and solicit new loan opportunities while achieving sales goals and cross-selling bank products
- Manage commercial loan administration, including negotiating loan closings and monitoring credit quality
- Provide superior customer service and contribute to sustainability and community goals
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial banking experience
- Existing portfolio and network within the banking industry
- Experience in a fast-growing banking environment preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration or a related field
