Job Summary

Leading a team of Relationship Managers and Commercial Loan Specialists, the full-time salaried Commercial Banking Division Manager will oversee the management of existing commercial relationships and drive new business opportunities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention while developing departmental goals for new income
• Review and analyze portfolio risks and profitability, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations
• Lead hiring, evaluations, and career development efforts for team members, fostering a collaborative environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Master's degree in Business preferred
• 6+ years of commercial banking experience required, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of commercial products, credit policies, and best practices
• Experience with structuring complex credit requests preferred
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
