Job Summary

Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial relationships, the full-time Commercial Banking Manager will serve as the primary advisor for clients, acquire new business, and coordinate with product partners to enhance customer satisfaction and retention in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with assigned customers and targeted prospects to acquire new business opportunities
• Serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of complex commercial relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Facilitate credit requests and analyze portfolio performance to reduce risk and enhance profitability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required
• 8+ years of commercial banking experience required
• Strong knowledge of commercial products, credit policies, and loan structuring
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and meet driving record criteria
