Job Summary

Handling complex attorney-represented bodily injury and uninsured motorist commercial vehicle claims, the full-time Commercial Casualty Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and negotiate claims while working onsite or remotely across various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct investigations of claims, including policy language and limits, to determine coverage and liability
• Develop negotiation strategies and communicate settlement information to various stakeholders
• Document claim progression and set bodily injury reserves while collaborating with departments for claim resolution

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three years of casualty claim experience in the auto insurance industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
• Must obtain and maintain state-required licensing, where applicable
• Strong analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of insurance policies and relevant state laws
