Key responsibilities
- Supervise a liability claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery across various caseloads
- Guide the claims team in accordance with best practices and manage workloads for optimal efficiency
- Lead the hiring and training of adjusters, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Extensive experience in complex Commercial Auto Liability claims
- Prior leadership experience of at least 8 years
