Job Summary
Supporting the Commercial and Biopharma divisions, the full-time Commercial Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements while managing workflows and advising stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial, biopharma, and legal documents, including supply agreements and collaboration agreements
- Manage processes for the intake, review, and approval of commercial and biopharma agreement requests
- Advise business and cross-functional stakeholders on best practices and legal updates affecting contracting
Required qualifications
- Fully qualified solicitor with at least 1-year PQE or 4-7 years of relevant contractual or commercial experience in biotech or pharma
- Experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing a high volume of commercial and pharma agreements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage outside counsel and assess when consultation is appropriate
- Experience with domestic and international contracts
