Commercial Counsel, Adtech
Job Summary
To support a leading social networking and technology platform, the part-time contract Commercial Counsel, Adtech will manage the review and negotiation of advertising technology insertion orders and various commercial agreements while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including AdTech IOs and SaaS agreements
- Provide practical legal advice on commercial contracting, business strategy, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure efficient contract execution
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in good standing
- 4+ years of commercial contracting experience
- Strong experience negotiating SaaS, software licensing, and commercial agreements
- Experience with advertising technology agreements or insertion orders (IOs) preferred
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
