Job Summary
Seeking a business-oriented Commercial Counsel Attorney with 5+ years of experience negotiating advertising and ad tech agreements, this full-time remote position will manage commercial legal work for Life360's advertising business, including drafting and negotiating various agreements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate supply-side and demand-side agreements, including publisher agreements and advertising insertion orders
- Collaborate with Privacy, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements in advertising transactions
- Build and maintain templates and playbooks for advertising agreements, enhancing contracting workflows
Required qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited US law school and membership in good standing in at least one state bar
- At least 5 years of relevant legal experience in advertising, ad tech, or media, focusing on digital advertising agreements
- Demonstrated experience with privacy frameworks, including CCPA and GDPR, and negotiating data processing agreements
- Familiarity with the programmatic advertising ecosystem and IAB standard terms is a plus
- Proficiency in using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency in legal processes
