Commercial Counsel - Technology Transactions

Job Summary

Supporting a leading global technology company, the full-time contract Commercial Counsel - AI & Technology Transactions will manage a high volume of commercial agreements, provide legal guidance on intellectual property and data privacy, and collaborate with product leadership in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including Master Customer Services Agreements and nondisclosure agreements
• Manage high-volume commercial contracting requests while ensuring efficient turnaround times
• Advise stakeholders on legal considerations involving datasets, intellectual property, and technology-related commercial matters

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification with relevant professional licensing
• 3-5+ years of legal experience focused on technology transactions and commercial contracting
• Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and technology licensing arrangements
• Strong understanding of intellectual property and data privacy considerations related to AI/ML datasets
• Ability to independently manage a high volume of commercial agreements and competing priorities
