Job Summary

Overseeing a team in a remote setting, the full-time salaried Commercial Director will manage multi-disciplined real estate cost solutions, coordinate daily activities, and implement commercial management strategies to align with client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for staff
• Manage all aspects of commercial management, including procurement and vendor management
• Design and maintain project-specific cost models to manage expenditures and align with stakeholder goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management
• Strong leadership skills to set and achieve departmental targets
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations
