Commercial Excellence Training Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Commercial Excellence Training Specialist, the full-time remote position will design, deliver, and evolve commercial training programs while collaborating with various teams to enhance organizational capabilities and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized methodologies for priority commercial capability programs, starting with bid defense excellence
• Establish adaptable frameworks for strategy, delivery, and evaluation across multiple training initiatives
• Partner with commercial and operational leaders to align methodologies with client expectations and business priorities

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Learning & Development
• Experience designing and delivering training for cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the clinical research industry and CRO business development lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities
• Excellent project management and analytical skills, with experience in a global or matrixed organization
