Commercial Finance Manager
Job Summary
Owning the financial performance of e-commerce and marketplace channels, the full-time salaried Commercial Finance Manager will manage the complete P&L for platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop, focusing on gross margin analysis, promotional modeling, and marketplace fee management in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete P&L waterfall from gross sales to gross margin for e-commerce channels
- Develop financial models for promotional calendars and quantify the impact of discounts and promotions
- Build and maintain forecasts and dashboards for revenue, COGS, and gross margin performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 4-7+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial analysis, particularly in CPG or e-commerce
- Strong knowledge of Amazon and TikTok Shop fee structures and marketplace mechanics
- Proficiency in building detailed financial models in advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with BI/reporting tools and ERP systems, such as NetSuite, is preferred
