Commercial Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary

Acting as the primary customer resource after credit approval, the full-time Commercial Fulfillment Documentation Specialist will facilitate loan settlements, perform due diligence reviews, and ensure compliance with lending regulations while working remotely within the Fulton Bank footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts due diligence on loan parties and collateral, ensuring all documentation meets approval requirements
• Reviews and analyzes loan documentation for compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory standards
• Communicates with customers and third parties to ensure all necessary documentation is collected and reviewed for efficient loan fulfillment

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 3 or more years of knowledge in commercial lending functions, including documentation and collateral standards
• Understanding of various entity types and structures related to loan approvals
• Experience with corporate legal documents, including Formation Documents and Entity Agreement Documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and familiarity with loan documentation systems preferred
