Commercial General Liability Adjuster

Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Commercial General Liability Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze and resolve complex claims while providing exceptional customer service to claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability Bodily Injury claims, making informed decisions to bring claims to resolution
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely, supporting the outcome of the claim file in accordance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in relevant jurisdictions
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
