Job Summary

Managing the renewal process and providing day-to-day client service, the full-time Commercial Insurance Account Executive will work remotely to address client inquiries, process documentation, and facilitate new business intake.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client issues and questions via phone or email, ensuring timely resolutions and accurate documentation
• Proactively manage the insurance renewal and new business process, including application completion and policy negotiations
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, ensuring adherence to established procedures and quality standards

Required qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance or a related field
• Proficiency in using agency management systems, preferably Sagitta
• Strong understanding of insurance policy terms and renewal processes
• Ability to negotiate with insurers and present options to clients
• Demonstrated track record of customer satisfaction and retention
