Commercial Insurance Account Manager (P&C)

Job Summary

Managing and growing a portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts, the full-time Commercial Insurance Account Manager (P&C) will quote and rate renewals, address client needs, and develop expertise in commercial P&C insurance while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and retain a portfolio of commercial P&C accounts up to $4MM in annual premium
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client servicing, renewals, and coverage questions
• Own the renewal process end to end, including proactive renewal conversations prior to quote delivery

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial P&C experience in account management, brokerage, sales, or customer success
• Active Property & Casualty license in good standing
• Strong knowledge of commercial P&C coverages, renewals, endorsements, and servicing requirements
• Proven ability to manage the renewal process end to end, including proactive client consultations
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills in high-volume environments
