Commercial Insurance Trainer

Job Summary

To enhance employee performance and organizational success, the hybrid Commercial Insurance Trainer will design, develop, and deliver engaging training solutions for newly hired employees, existing staff, and vendor partners, while managing curriculum and maintaining learning resources.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate training through various methodologies, including classroom sessions and remote coaching
• Design and develop instructional curricula and courseware aligned with company strategy and KPI goals
• Conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps and collaborate with business partners to address training requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional-level knowledge in a specialized field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent related knowledge
• Prior commercial insurance experience is preferred
