Commercial Legal Counsel

Job Summary

Leading day-to-day commercial legal support, the full-time remote Commercial Legal Counsel will negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, advise sales teams on deal structures, and translate legal issues into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including enterprise customer and vendor contracts
• Advise Sales and other teams on deal structure, contracting strategy, and risk management
• Build and improve legal templates, playbooks, and self-service resources to streamline processes

Required Qualifications

• A law degree and active membership in at least one applicable bar
• Meaningful experience advising technology companies on commercial transactions
• Experience scaling a legal function or contracting program in a high-growth environment
• Strong judgment in distinguishing material business risks from manageable issues
• A record of leading negotiations with sophisticated customers and partners
