Commercial Legal Counsel

Job Summary

To support commercial activities in the United States, the remote Commercial Legal Counsel will advise on government contracting and regulatory compliance, manage the contract lifecycle, and collaborate closely with teams in the U.S. and Israel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including customer contracts and NDAs
• Advise on U.S. government contracting matters and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Support contract administration and manage external counsel as needed

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, particularly in commercial law and U.S. government contracting
• Strong knowledge of federal procurement regulations, including FAR and DFARS
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and government-related contracts
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
