Commercial Lending Assistant

Job Summary

Supporting the lender's success, the full-time remote Commercial Lending Assistant will manage the loan process from origination to closing, ensure accurate documentation, and provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the loan process efficiently from origination through closing, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation
• Provide ongoing sales support, coordinate materials for presentations, and assist with scheduling sales calls
• Act as the primary resource for borrowers, responding to inquiries and supporting administrative tasks related to lending

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent education and training, with strong accounting and math skills
• Prior experience supporting commercial bankers
• Understanding of banking and commercial lending processes, along with knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in using technology and analytical tools to enhance efficiency
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
