Managing commercial equipment lease documentation and closing activities, the full-time Commercial Lending Operations Lead will ensure compliance with credit approval conditions and facilitate timely closings in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Review lease documentation and credit approvals for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and process lease documents while managing closing timelines and funding requirements
• Resolve post-closing exceptions and support process improvements and training initiatives

Required qualifications

• High school diploma
• 5+ years of experience in lease documentation or commercial lending
• Strong understanding of funding and closing processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree preferred
