Job Summary
Owning client service for a book of over a thousand clients, the full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager - P&C Licensed will manage servicing requests, drive retention, and identify growth opportunities in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own all servicing requests across the commercial book, including endorsements, certificates, fleet updates, and policy rewrites
- Triage incoming work with speed and precision, handling complex changes personally while delegating routine requests to a service partner
- Conduct proactive policy reviews to uncover coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities, teeing up account growth for agency leadership
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial lines account management experience with direct ownership of a book of business
- Active Property and Casualty license required
- Proficiency in Applied Epic is mandatory
- Independent agency experience strongly preferred, with exposure to multiple carriers and markets
- Working knowledge of core commercial lines, including general liability, commercial property, and workers' compensation
