Job Summary

Supporting a production team remotely, the full-time Commercial Lines Account Specialist will manage client accounts, ensure service standards are met, and build personalized relationships through effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Supports Account Managers and Producers to uphold client expectations and standards
• Processes account changes and maintains accurate client data in the management system
• Develops effective working relationships with team members and internal departments to ensure timely service execution

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance account management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to adapt to new computer functions and processes
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Proactive problem-solving skills
