Job Summary
Supporting the development and maintenance of commercial property and casualty insurance products, the full-time Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist will conduct product analysis, configuration, and implementation while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product initiatives through research, analysis, configuration, testing, and validation activities
- Partner with underwriting and technology teams to translate business requirements into product solutions
- Configure and maintain commercial insurance products within Guidewire PolicyCenter, including workflows and business rules
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience; high school diploma required
- Five or more years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance roles
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting operations, and policy lifecycle processes
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter or similar no/low-code systems preferred
- Understanding of modern product development methodologies and data integration technologies
